Rep. Mary Fallin, R-Oklahoma City, who made it known in February that she planned to run for governor, collected less than $9,000 in the first quarter and had $131,705 in her account at the end of March, according to a report filed with the Federal Election Commission.

Rep. Dan Boren, D-Muskogee, raised $63,804 in the quarter and has $1.1 million in the bank; Rep. Tom Cole, R-Moore, raised $11,834 and has $347,088; Rep. Frank Lucas, R-Cheyenne, raised $79,302 and has $227,773; and Rep. John Sullivan, R-Tulsa, raised $23,132 and has $29,493.

Sen. Jim Inhofe, R-Tulsa, won a six-year term last year and won’t be up for reelection until 2014.

And Rep. Mary Fallin, R-Oklahoma City, who plans to run for governor next year, pulled back on her fundraising. She will not be able to transfer money from her federal campaign account to a state race.

Coburn, R-Muskogee, collected $17,189 in the quarter and had only $57,064 in the bank at the end of March, according to his latest campaign finance report. Coburn spent about $5 million winning his Senate seat in 2004. However, a race next year could be much cheaper if he’s not challenged by a well-known or well-funded candidate.

The senator has said repeatedly this year that he hasn’t decided whether to run for a second term, and he told The Oklahoman last month that he didn’t want to raise money in earnest unless he was definitely going to run.
