'Undercover Boss' Accused of 'Going Hollywood'
The CEO of the country's largest window covering franchise gets an insight how employees view him in a new Undercover Boss airing Friday night at 8 on CBS.
Chad Hallock has worked in the window covering business since he was 19 and now heads the country's largest franchise company in the industry. But when he's sent out on the job undercover, he learns that some workers think the top boss is too caught up in his own celebrity to listen to his employees.
