United Way of Central Oklahoma has record-breaking fundraising year
United Way of Central Oklahoma announced during its annual Snowflake Gala on Friday night that it had beaten its fundraising goal by raising a record-breaking $22.2 million.
The gala was an evening for volunteers and donors to celebrate the 2011 fundraising campaign, which had a superhero theme of “The Power of One Gift.”
