The board will hold meetings at 3:30 p.m. Wednesday and at 9:30 a.m. Thursday in OU's Oklahoma Memorial Union. The board will consider agenda items for Cameron University and Rogers State University during the Wednesday meeting, with OU's agenda items being considered Thursday.

Planned renovations for the stadium include refurbishment of the east side suites, the Santee Lounge and the Kerr McGee Stadium Club.

University officials plan to complete initial work, including maintenance, repairs and improvements to the eastside structure, this summer. The rest of the work would be completed between the 2012 and 2013 football seasons.

The project would be funded from money raised through general revenue bonds.
