University of Oklahoma's College of Architecture settles into new building

NORMAN — Anyone walking into the University of Oklahoma 's Gould Hall could be forgiven for thinking it wasn't quite finished.

There are no ceilings, and wiring, pipes and other elements that would normally be behind a wall are left exposed. Signs mark some of the bare pipes, telling passers-by whether they're for hot or chilled water.
