UPDATE: Amber Alert issued for abducted 5-month-old girl in Kingfisher County

Five-month-old Olivia Smith was last seen about 12:15 p.m. Thursday at 30773 N 2976 Road in Cashion. She was wearing a floral and pink long-sleeve shirt, according to a news release.

8:15 p.m. Authorities have reported that the vehicle was last seen in the Elmwood area in the Oklahoma panhandle. The license plate number is BYZ-3364.

4 p.m. An Amber Alert has been issued for an abducted infant, the Kingfisher County Sheriff’s office reported.

Five-month-old Olivia Smith was last seen about 12:15 p.m. Thursday at 30773 N 2976 Road. She was wearing a floral and pink long-sleeve shirt, according to a news release.

The person suspected of abducting the infant has been identified as Cindy Finley, 47. She drives a gray Nissan Murano sport utility vehicle with a Texas license plate, the release states.

The sheriff’s office said Finley suffers from a mental condition and made comments about having visions of the infant dying. Finley is accompanied by Jennifer Skousen, 43, the release states.

Anyone with information on Smith’s whereabouts is asked to call 911 or the sheriff’s office at 375-6214.
