UPDATE: Boy found, Amber Alert canceled

A description of a car has been released by authorities in the case of a missing boy. An Amber Alert has been issued for the 3-year-old boy.

4 p.m. Authorities have reported that Kegan Manning has been found and was taken into protective custody.

9:45 a.m. The suspect vehicle is a white 2000 two-door Pontiac Grand AM. Law enforcement has not obtained license plate information on the suspect vehicle.


5:31 a.m. TAHLEQUAH — Photos of a missing 3-year-old boy from Cherokee County have been released Wednesday, authorities report.

An Amber Alert has been issued for Kegan Manning.

Kegan was wearing blue pants with an orange stripe and a gray Tasmanian devil shirt when he was taken about 8 p.m. Tuesday from 15719 Flint Rock Road in the Park Hill area of Cherokee County, authorities said.

He is thought to be with Johnny Manning, 24.

The pair could be in one of three vehicles: a white 2000 Pontiac, a mid-to-late 1980s model Chevrolet Blazer or a 1990s red two-door car, authorities said.

Anyone with information should call 911.
