UPDATE: Guthrie man killed in ATV crash

Authorities are investigating a fatal ATV crash near Guthrie Sunday morning. Oklahoma Highway Patrol troopers said Rodney Moore III, 44, of Guthrie, was pronounced dead at the scene.

GUTHRIE — A 44-year-old Logan County man died in an ATV crash Sunday morning, the Oklahoma Highway Patrol reports.

A Guthrie Fire Department spokesman said officials were called out to the crash about 8 a.m. Sunday to State Highway 33 and Westminster Road.

Troopers said Rodney Moore III, of Guthrie, was traveling southbound in a field on private property at 4201 N Westminster Road when he lost control of the ATV and rolled over. Moore was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene.
