UPDATE: Man found shot to death Monday night in Oklahoma City

Oklahoma City police are investigating the 80th homicide of the year. A man was found shot Monday night.

9:10 a.m. The victim has been identified as Cody Davis, 21, of Oklahoma City, police report.

7:45 a.m. Police are investigating the 80th homicide of the year in Oklahoma City, police Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow reports.

A shooting victim was found at 2706 N Meridian Ave. about 11:30 p.m. Monday in the parking lot of an apartment complex, Wardlow reports. The man was taken to OU Medical Center where he died.

Anyone with information can call the homicide tip line at (405) 297-1200. Callers can remain anonymous and may be eligible for a cash reward.
