6:40 a.m. Police have not released the name of the man killed by an off-duty police officer at the Farmers Public Market in Oklahoma City late Thursday night, said police Capt. Dexter Nelson. Nelson said officers cleared the scene about 2:30 a.m. Friday. He said police will not release a name until the man shot is identified and notifications are made to relatives. The name of the officers involved will not be released before the name of the man killed, he said. Check NewsOK.com for updates.
12:10 a.m.: An unidentified armed man was shot and killed by police when he would not follow police orders outside a rap concert, said Oklahoma City police Capt. Dexter Nelson.
Nelson said two officers were working in an off-duty capacity outside the Chief Keef concert venue Thursday night when they saw a man who appeared to be unconscious in a car.
