Oklahoma City police are working on a fatality accident Wednesday afternoon in southwest Oklahoma City.
The accident happened shortly after 4 p.m. in the 6500 block of SW 44. The accident involved a semi-tractor trailer and a car. The cause of the accident is still not known, police Lt. Gamille Hardin said.
At least one person was killed in the accident, she said.
Cody Goss, 23, of Maud, and Lacy Mullings, 17, of Maud
Two Oklahomans were among the three people who died as a result of a collision Tuesday on U.S. 82 west of Holliday, Texas, the Texas Department of Public Safety reported.
Goss was driving west on the highway about noon Tuesday with Mullings as his passenger when a pickup driving east crossed the center line. The two vehicles collided head-on, Texas troopers said.
Goss and Mullings died at the scene. The driver of the pickup, Adalberto Chapa, 45, of Fort Worth, Texas, also was killed. A passenger in Chapa’s car was flown to a Wichita Falls, Texas, hospital and remained there Wednesday, troopers said.
