UPDATE: Severe storms likely in Oklahoma Tuesday as cold front blows in

Storms capable of tornadoes, high winds and baseball-sized hail are moving into Oklahoma. Temperatures will be dropping into the 30s Wednesday and Thursday in the state.

Tuesday: A 30 percent chance of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m. Some of the storms could be severe. Mostly cloudy with a high near 75. South wind 20 to 22 mph with gusts as high as 31 mph.

Tuesday night: Showers and thunderstorms. Some of the storms could be severe. Low around 37. South, southeast wind 13 to 22 mph becoming north, northwest after midnight. Winds could gust as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 80 percent.

Wednesday: A chance of showers before 1 p.m. Mostly cloudy with a high near 47. North, northwest wind around 21 mph with gusts as high as 29 mph. Chance of precipitation is 30 percent.

Wednesday night: Mostly cloudy with a low around 32. North, northwest wind 13 to 15 mph with gusts as high as 21 mph.

Thursday: Mostly sunny with a high near 55. West, northwest wind 8 to 14 mph with gusts as high as 20 mph.

Thursday night: Mostly clear with a low around 36.

Friday: Mostly sunny with a high near 60.

Friday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 43.

Saturday: Partly sunny with a high near 67.

Saturday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 51.

Sunday: Mostly sunny with a high near 74.

Sunday night: Mostly clear with a low around 54.

Monday: Mostly sunny with a high near 76.
