Update: Silver Alert canceled for Broken Arrow man

Robert Tapp, 86, was last seen 3 a.m. Sunday at 1609 S Cypress Ave., in Broken Arrow. Broken Arrow police report that Tapp has a mental or medical disability.

4:45 p.m. The Silver Alert has been canceled after Robert Tapp was found safe in Broken Arrow, police reported.

1:45 p.m. BROKEN ARROW — A Silver Alert has been issued for an 86-year-old Broken Arrow man.

Robert Tapp was last seen about 3 a.m. Sunday at 1609 S Cypress Ave. He is a black man and drives a silver, four door, 2001 Toyota Solara with Oklahoma license plate number 578BNU, Broken Arrow police reported.

Broken Arrow police report that Tapp has a mental or medical disability.
