UPDATE: Silver Alert canceled for missing Edmond man

UPDATE: A Silver Alert has been canceled for Andros Peck, 89, of Edmond. He was found alive and unharmed in Denton, Texas, shortly after 1 a.m. Tuesday, Edmond police said.

A Silver Alert for an 89-year-old Edmond man was canceled early Tuesday morning.

Andros Peck was found alive and well by police in Denton, Texas, about 1 a.m., Edmond police spokeswoman Jennifer Monroe said.

She said there would be no other details immediately available.

Peck was reported missing in Edmond on Monday morning. He was spotted about 2 p.m. Monday in Hinton, where he was asking for directions to Edmond. About 4:30 p.m., Peck purchased gas at a Mustang convenience store, police said.
