UPDATE: Wind advisory issued for western Oklahoma Tuesday, high wind warning in Panhandle

6:35 a.m. A wind advisory has been issued for 10 a.m. until 7 p.m. Tuesday in western Oklahoma, the National Weather Service reports. A high wind warning is in effect for the Oklahoma Panhandle from 7 a.m. until 10 p.m. Winds may gust up to 45 mph. Blowing dust could reduce visibility. Check NewsOK.com for weather updates.

5 a.m. Temperatures will be in the mid-60s Tuesday in central Oklahoma, the National Weather Service reports.

Skies will be cloudy with wind gusts up to 32 mph.

The Oklahoma City forecast is as follows:

Tuesday: Increasing clouds with a high near 64. West, northwest wind 20 to 23 mph with gusts as high as 32 mph.

Tuesday night: Mostly cloudy with a low around 41. Windy with a north, northwest wind 20 to 25 mph decreasing to 10 to 15 mph in the evening. Winds could gust as high as 36 mph.

Wednesday: Mostly sunny with a high near 62. North, northwest wind 14 to 17 mph with gusts as high as 24 mph.

Wednesday night: Mostly clear with a low around 39. Northwest wind 6 to 15 mph with gusts as high as 21 mph.

Thursday: Mostly sunny with a high near 67. Northwest wind 10 to 18 mph with gusts as high as 25 mph.

Thursday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 41.

Friday: Mostly sunny with a high near 79.

Friday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 51.

Saturday: Mostly sunny with a high near 86.
