6:05 a.m. Wind chills have dipped into the 30s in Oklahoma Wednesday morning, the National Weather Service reports. Sunny skies are expected with gusty winds. Check NewsOK.com for weather updates.

4:30 a.m. Cooler temperatures are ahead Wednesday in Oklahoma with sunny skies and more gusty winds.

The high temperature in central Oklahoma will be near 62 degrees with winds from the northwest gusting up to 28 mph.

The Oklahoma City forecast is as follows:

Wednesday: Mostly sunny with a high near 62. Northwest wind 14 to 20 mph with gusts as high as 28 mph.

Wednesday night: Mostly clear with a low around 37. West, northwest wind 6 to 15 mph with gusts as high as 21 mph.

Thursday: Sunny with a high near 66. Northwest wind 10 to 16 mph with gusts as high as 23 mph.

Thursday night: Mostly clear with a low around 41. Northwest wind 5 to 10 mph becoming light and variable.

Friday: Mostly sunny with a high near 79. West, northwest wind 7 to 9 mph.

Friday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 51.

Saturday: Mostly sunny with a high near 86.

Saturday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 59.

Sunday: Mostly sunny with a high near 88.

Sunday night: Partly cloudy with a low around 61.

Monday: Mostly sunny with a high near 87.
