UPDATE: Wreck on I-44 in southwest Oklahoma City has been cleared

A wreck in southwest Oklahoma City affected morning traffic. Interstate 44 has been reopened at SW 104.

9:30 a.m. Three people have been extricated from a vehicle that overturned on Interstate 44, said fire Maj. Tammy McKinney. Crews have cleared the scene and reopened the interstate. Ambulance crews took several people to hospitals.

8:55 a.m. Several injuries have been reported in a rollover accident Tuesday morning on Interstate 44 in southwest Oklahoma City.

The wreck is on eastbound I-44 at SW 104, fire Maj. Tammy McKinney said.

The eastbound lanes are shut down so firefighters can free someone trapped in the vehicle, she said.
