UPDATED: Serious Flooding Downtown, Underground Tunnels Being Evacuated

I’m at the Colcord Hotel. They have a great underground tunnel that held up well. I’m hearing from my downtown contacts the Underground pedestrian tunnels are flooding. I’m looking out the windows and there are cars stuck on flooded streets including Sheridan Avenue.
The above video taken by Dustin Akers shows that we definitely saw some damage at Leadership Square. I will keep you appraised.
I can also report there were some leaks in the Devon Energy Center Rotunda and that a power outage closed Vast. Happily, I can report that Flint in the Colcord Hotel is still up and rocking. Chef Liz made some great comfort food for me and my sons.
The roads throughout downtown are flooded though. And I can also tell you that the tunnel under Devon Energy Center and the Colcord, where my family and I took refuge with more than 100 others, is now flooded as well.
My suggestion: stay downtown if you’re downtown, don’t try to drive home tonight.
