Man accused in sex, fraud
BOSSIER CITY , La. — A Bossier City man has been booked into jail on charges that he had sex with a teenager and ran up nearly $60,000 in charges on her parents’ credit card. Twenty-one-year-old Robert Allen Preston was arrested Wednesday at his residence. Preston was being held at the Bossier Maximum Security Facility on $55,000 bond.
