Valley View Baptist Church to sponsor free eye exams Jan. 19
Valley View Baptist Church in collaboration with The RiverPark Neighborhood Association and Feed The Children will offer free eye exams and glasses.

People in need of eye exams or glasses can visit Valley View Baptist Church at 4300 SW 29 on Jan. 19 and receive both at no cost, church pastor William Fuentes said.

“The only thing you need to receive glasses is a need for them,” Fuentes said.
Fuentes said doctors associated with Feed The Children will provide free eye exams to the public. The RiverPark Neighborhood Association also is involved in the event.
After the eye exams, those who show a need for prescription glasses will be given a pair donated by Feed The Children.
The event will take place from 9 a.m. until supplies run out, Fuentes said.
