Van Halen has postponed its scheduled concert at Chesapeake Energy Arena, three days after SMG general manager Gary Desjardins announced the event, originally scheduled for Sept. 15.

No reason was given for the postponement. Van Halen was planning a new leg of its tour in support of the band's latest album, “A Different Kind of Truth.”
