Brown is a 6-foot-6, 315-pound offensive lineman at Lexington who has verbally committed to TCU and is ranked No. 8 on The Oklahoman’s Super 30 rankings of the state’s top recruits. Those accomplishments are remarkable considering he will be the first of his immediate family to attend college and the death of his father near the end of his freshman year nearly sent him into a downward spiral.
