Potter, the father of the Putnam City football dynasty of the 1970s, died Friday night, five weeks and one day shy of his 90th birthday. A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday at Church of the Servant at 14343 North MacArthur Boulevard in Oklahoma City.
