Vegan diet gains support

If you have Type 2 diabetes, you might consider adopting a vegan diet. A study published in the Journal of the American Dietetic Assoication shows that for people with Type 2 diabetes, a vegan diet could significantly reduce their risk for heart disease. Two out of three people with diabetes die of heart disease or stroke.
