The Mustang Chamber of Commerce, along with military officials invite everyone to come out and enjoy the ride while honoring Oklahoma veterans in a lineup that will start at the Armed Forces Reserve Center (AFRC) on State Highway 152 in Mustang and wind its way north up Mustang Road.

The Veterans Ride will honor all of Oklahoma’s veterans who have served in past and current conflicts. Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. at the Mustang AFRC and the Veterans Ride starts promptly at 10 a.m.

Vehicles will line up at 9:30 at the AFRC located at 420 S. Cedar Springs Lane. Several members of the Oklahoma National Guard’s 45th Fires Brigade (FiB) are expected to participate in the event.

Headquarters Battery Sgt. Maj. James Crabtree, 45th FiB, said the purpose of the event is to recognize the sacrifices Oklahoma Veterans have made throughout the decades and also to introduce the 45th Fires Brigade to the Mustang community.
