Oklahoma County sheriff releases video in Spencer shooting case

SPENCER — Video images of a gunman in a shoot-out with other gunmen have been released by the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Department as part of a homicide investigation.

Jean-Ciar Anton Pierce, 23, was found shot to death Aug. 25 in a vehicle at Shaker's Sports Bar at 8427 NE 23. His funeral was Saturday.

Surveillance video released by the sheriff shows a gunman running from the scene and pulling out a gun and firing it. The gunman runs across a parking lot and gets into a shoot-out with other gunmen. A dark-colored Jeep Cherokee and a blue Dodge Magnum are seen on video.

Investigators want to talk to eyewitnesses who may know something about the incident.

“We are releasing these videos hoping that someone will come forward with information related to this investigation,” Sheriff John Whetsel stated in a news release.
