Francisco Noriega-Perales, 21, was arrested on complaints including driving under the influence after the wreck about 6:30 p.m. Saturday on SW 29 near Pennsylvania Avenue.

The video, posted by sheriff's officials on YouTube, shows Sgt. Kevin Johnson driving in the inside lane westbound on SW 29. A pickup in front of Johnson quickly swerves, and he has less than a second to react as a vehicle driving the wrong way hits him head-on.

Johnson and his K-9 partner were treated for minor injuries and released, officials said.
