Vikings give Adrian Peterson day off to rest beat-up body
EDEN PRAIRIE , Minn. - The Minnesota Vikings gave former Oklahoma standout Adrian Peterson 's body a break.
Peterson was held out of today's practice and did some running in the pool instead.
