Vt. caregiver charged with Medicaid fraud
MONTPELIER, Vt. (AP) — The Vermont attorney general's office says a caregiver has been charged with 17 counts of Medicaid fraud.
Michelle Forcier of Colchester was arraigned Tuesday in superior court in Windsor County.

The 42-year-old Forcier is accused of submitting false claims for payments in excess of $1,300 for care under the Vermont Developmental Services Medicaid waiver program that was not provided. She pleaded not guilty.
