Washington Post website hacked

The website for The Washington Post was hacked Thursday, with stories going to the home of the Syrian Electronic Army, according to USA TODAY.

The paper reports it’s working to resolve the issue.

“The Washington Post Web site was hacked today, with readers on certain stories being redirected to the site of the Syrian Electronic Army,” an editor wrote. “The group is a hacker collective that supports Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.”
