Washington State (15-13, 9-7 Pac 12) led by one at 44-43 after a tightly contested first half in which neither team led by more than six points.

The Cougars took over midway through the second half. Tied at 64 with 10:18 left, WSU went on an 11-1 run, punctuated by Galdeira's 3-pointer, to stretch the lead to 75-65. An 11-2 run late cemented the big win.
