This week ASA Hall of Fame Stadium is showcasing the Women's College World Series.

Next week, it will be the site for the tryouts for the 2013 USA Softball National Team. The camp will take place June 10-12.

Three Sooners, pitcher Keilani Ricketts, first baseman Lauren Chamberlain and outfielder Destinee Martinez, were among the 32 invitees. Only 17 will make the roster.

The event will be open to the public, as well as live streamed on www.USASoftball.com.

Tennessee took time on Tuesday to tour the Oklahoma City National Memorial, the site of the 1995 bombing. ... Tuesday's attendance of 8,527 was a WCWS record for the second game of the championship series. ... Ricketts became just the second player to win the USA Softball Collegiate Player of the Year award and the WCWS national championship in the same season. The first was Washington's Danielle Lawrie in 2009. ... OU improved to 57-4 on the season, and 55-0 when scoring at least three runs. ... OU concluded the season having outscored its opponents by 405 runs. The next highest total in the country was Tennessee at 294.
