Former OU defensive back Scott Case played at Edmond Memorial back when Edmond had only one high school.

Case, 52, played a dozen seasons in the NFL. He spent 11 seasons with the Atlanta Falcons, which is why his daughter, Alabama left fielder Kallie Case, grew up in the Atlanta suburb of Suwanee.

Following an All-Big Eight senior season in 1983, Case recorded 960 tackles and 30 interceptions during his NFL career (1984-1995).
