All four of my kids have adopted the Thunder. Me and my wife were Oklahoma born and bred and will always be Oklahomans. When Oklahoma City got a team they became our team. My kids wear a lot of Thunder stuff in Atlanta. In fact, my entire family is stocking up on Thunder gear while we’re in town for the World Series.

What’s your reaction to Kallie saying you were her idol growing up?

This is her time to shine. We’re so grateful she’s getting to play for such a great program and experience something like this. Let’s be honest, in softball there’s no WNBA. And she’s having a blast.
