Announcement Information

This form gives you the opportunity to prepare information prior to speaking with a representative of The Oklahoman. After you complete and submit, an Oklahoman representative will contact you by phone to confirm information, text and quote a price for your announcement during the business hours of Mon.-Fri. 8 a.m. to 5p.m.

Announcement Guidelines

Our office hours are Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm.
To place your wedding announcement, it must be in our office 8 business days prior to publication. The price and size will be determined prior to publication and must be verbally confirmed and verified no later than 4 business days prior to publication. Your announcement runs in Sunday's LIFE section and also online on Oklahoma's largest, local Web site for 30 days. After we process your submitted announcement, verification of size and price occurs before publication.

Determining Celebration Price

The total number of column inches of your announcement is determined by multiplying the number of columns wide by the depth in inches. For example, an announcement two columns wide by 7 inches deep would equal 14 column inches. Price is determined by the total number of column inches used by the photo and text.
