Weeden healthy, but Hoyer to start for Browns

Browns quarterback Brian Hoyer will start Thursday night against the Bills, coach Rob Chudzinski announced.

Former Oklahoma State quarterback Brandon Weeden (thumb) would've been healthy, but Chudzinski opted for Hoyer based on his two victories. The decision to stick with Hoyer further clouds Weeden's future with the franchise.
