Police have released the name of the fifth homicide victim of the year in Oklahoma City.

Kevin T. Jones, 50, was stabbed to death about midnight Saturday near the El Dorado Club, NE 23 and N Missouri Avenue. Police officers who responded to reports of a fight at the club found Jones lying in the street, Sgt. Jennifer Wardlow said.

Jones was pronounced dead at the crime scene, Wardlow said.

“We believe there were a lot of witnesses who might have left before police got there. We are encouraging any of them to call our homicide tip line,” Wardlow said.

No one has been arrested. Anyone with information is asked to call 297-1200.
