CENTRAL
Arcadia: November 13. Elevation normal, water 46 and murky. All fishing fair to good. Report submitted by Sheila Hutton, gate attendant.
Draper: December 2. Elevation below normal, water clear. All fishing slow. Report submitted by Tony Woodruff, game warden stationed in Cleveland County.
Hefner: December 3. Elevation dropping, water 44-47 and clear. Largemouth bass slow. Smallmouth bass slow. White bass and striped bass hybrids good on white grubs and jigs at 12-25 ft. along the dam. Channel and blue catfish fair on cut bait along the dam. Crappie good on minnows and jigs at 20-24 ft. along the dam. Walleye slow on grubs at 8-12 ft. along the dam. Overholser: December 3. Elevation normal, water 49 and clear. Crappie and white bass fair on bright colored artificial lures at the west pier. Catfish slow to fair on cut shad. Report submitted by Jarrod Davis, game warden stationed in Oklahoma and Canadian counties.
Thunderbird: December 2. Elevation normal, water clear. Crappie fair on minnows at 8-10 ft. off fishing docks and the dam. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Tony Woodruff, game warden stationed in Cleveland County.

NORTHEAST
Birch: December 2. All fishing slow. Report submitted by David Clay, game warden stationed in Osage County.
Eucha: December 3. Elevation 3/4 ft. below normal, water 50 and dingy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 14-16 ft. around brush and structure. Largemouth bass fair on plastic baits. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa.
Ft. Gibson: December 1. Elevation 2 ft. above normal and steady. Catfish good on chicken liver and whole shad, getting less bites on the shad but catching bigger fish. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 15-25 ft. under the docks and structure. White bass fair on plastic minnows and white grubs fished slowly just off bottom. Largemouth bass slow. Grand: December 4. Elevation normal. Largemouth bass good on jerk baits. Paddlefish slow around the islands and Sailboat Bridge and will only get better with the cold weather. All other fishing slow. Report submitted by Kody Moore, game warden stationed in Delaware County.
Greenleaf: December 3. Elevation normal, water 46 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on silver and blue crankbaits and chartreuse spinnerbaits at 4-6 ft. Catfish good on cut shad and stinkbait on bottom. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs in purple and black at 12-16 ft. around fishing docks and brush structure. Kaw: December 3. Elevation 1 1/2 ft. above normal. Crappie fair at 15 ft. over brush piles. Spotted bass good on spinnerbaits on rocky shorelines near the Osage Cove and Burbank Landing areas. White bass and striped bass hybrids excellent around manmade structures. Catfish good on juglines at 6-15 ft. all over the lake. Blue catfish good on rod-and-reel. All other fishing slow. Keystone: December 3. Elevation 1 ft. above normal, water 44. Catfish good on cut bait. Striped bass fair on bucktails. Crappie good on minnows. Report submitted by Karlin Bailey, game warden stationed in Creek County.
Lower Illinois: December 1. Water low 50s with occasional water releases. White bass and striped bass being caught on curly tail grubs and crankbaits towards the mouth of the river. Trout good on Power Bait on bottom in deeper holes, especially as the sun rises. Nymph fishing good below riffles and at the head of holes. All other fishing fair. Pawhuska: December 2. Trout good on Power Bait and Super Dupers. Report submitted by David Clay, game warden stationed in Osage County.
Sooner: December 3. All fishing slow. Report submitted by Doug Gottschalk, game warden stationed in Noble County.
Spavinaw: December 3. Elevation slightly below normal, water 47 and dingy. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs around brush and structure. Largemouth bass fair on spinnerbaits. Report submitted by Dwight Moore, City of Tulsa.
Tenkiller: November 30. Elevation 1 ft. below normal, water 56 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and bass jigs deep around rocky points and ledges. Catfish fair on cut shad at 40-50 ft. Crappie good on minnows and tube jigs at 20-25 ft. around docks and brush piles. Sunfish good on worm-tipped jigs in or near docks. Report submitted by Monte Brooks, Cookson, Okla.
Webbers Falls: December 3. Elevation normal, water 46 and murky. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and spinnerbaits in white and chartreuse and on watermelon colored creature baits. Catfish fair on cut bait and stinkbait. Crappie fair on black and purple jigs at 12-15 ft. around brush structure. Report submitted by Lark Wilson, game warden stationed in Muskogee County.
NORTHWEST
Canton: November 30. Elevation 13 ft. below normal, water clear. Channel catfish fair on shad in the river channels. Report submitted by Mark Walker, game warden stationed in Blaine County.

SOUTHEAST
Arbuckle: November 30. Elevation 4 3/4 ft. below normal, water 51 and clear. Crappie slow off docks and fair on chartreuse/brown jigs at 35-45 ft. around brush piles. White bass being caught on CC spoons at 35-55 ft. on the humps near the dam. Bass fair on jerk baits, crankbaits, swim baits and Alabama rigs. Report submitted by Jack Melton.
Blue River: December 4. Elevation normal, water 40 and clear. Trout excellent on blue, black and red Super Dupers, peach or garlic Power Bait and mealworms fished below riffles and waterfalls. Fly fishing good on dark woolly buggers, caddis flies, May flies and egg patterns fished around riffles and sandbars. Smallmouth and spotted bass fair on soft plastics fished slowly around current in deeper pools. Channel catfish good on minnows and stinkbait in larger pools around breaks in current. Broken Bow: December 1. Largemouth, smallmouth and spotted bass fair on jigs in green pumpkin and peanut butter and jelly colors, soft plastic baits in watermelon and green pumpkin, Carolina rigs, Texas rigs and shaky heads around steeper rock banks and major creeks at 10-20 ft., on jerk baits in clown color and on topwater early and late. Eufaula: December 1. Largemouth bass slow. White bass slow. Blue catfish fair on shad along deeper flats. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs along riprap and docks with brush. Report submitted by Ed Rodebush, game warden stationed in McIntosh County.
Hugo: December 1. Elevation normal. Catfish fair on cut bait below the dam. Crappie fair on minnows in the river channel. Report submitted by Jay Harvey, game warden stationed in Choctaw and Bryan counties.
Konawa: December 1. Elevation normal, water 58 and clear. Largemouth bass good on plastic worms and shad colored rattletraps at 5-10 ft. along weed beds and points. Channel catfish good on cut shad, chicken liver and stinkbait in the intake channel when water is being pumped into the lake. White bass and striped bass hybrids fair on minnows and jigs at 10-15 ft. in the discharge canal. Report submitted by Dale Stites, game warden stationed in Pontotoc County.
Lower Mountain Fork: December 1. 100 C.F.S. above the Powerhouse, call 866-494-1993 for hydroelectric release schedule, water 60 and clear. The best areas to fish are Spillway Creek, Evening Hole and Zone 2. The best access points are Beaver Lodge Nature Trail, Evening Hole Bridge and the Old Park Dam. BWOs and midges hatching. Recommend fly fishing leader of 7 1/2 ft., with 5X Tippet on a 9’5″ weight fly rod. Report submitted by Rob Woodruff, Woodruff Guide Service.
McGee Creek: December 1. Elevation 2 1/3 ft. below normal, water 57 and clear. Largemouth bass fair on crankbaits and soft plastic lures at 14-18 ft. over submerged points. Crappie fair on minnows at 12-20 ft. over submerged cedar trees off major creek channels. Report submitted by Larry Luman, game warden stationed in Atoka County.
Pine Creek: December 1. Elevation normal, water clear. Largemouth bass good on soft plastic baits and jigs near the back of creek channels. Crappie fair on spoons in deeper water. Catfish good on juglines baited with cut bait. Report submitted by Mark Hannah, game warden stationed in McCurtain County.
Robert S. Kerr: December 2. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs in deeper submerged brush locations, in the mouth of the Big San Bois Creek and around riprap. Blue catfish good on cut bait drifting in the river channel in the lake and on trotlines near the channel. Bass fair around points and in deeper pools in the river. Sardis: November 30. Elevation 1/2 ft. below normal, water 58. Largemouth bass fair on cut bait and swim bait at 12-14 ft. Channel and blue catfish good on cut bait and dead minnows. Crappie fair on minnows and jigs at 14 ft. around brush piles. Walleye fair trolling 10-12 ft. Report submitted by Dane Polk, game warden stationed in Pushmataha County.
Texoma: December 1. Elevation 7 3/4 ft. below normal, water 58 and clear. Largemouth bass fair to good on crankbaits and plastic worms at 10-20 ft. around points. Smallmouth bass fair to good on jigs with trailers at 10-15 ft. around riprap. Striped bass fair to good on live bait and slabs at 10-25 ft. in the river channels. White bass fair on live bait and sassy shad at 10-20 ft. in the creek channels. Channel catfish fair on live bait and worms at 10-15 ft. from the Washita River to Catfish Bay. Blue catfish fair to good on live bait and cut bait at 10-20 ft. on the Red River Arm and Caney Creek and around cleaning stations. Crappie fair on live bait and jigs at 5-15 ft. around the fish attractors and underwater brush. Sunfish fair on small tube jigs and shrimp at 5-10 ft. around riprap. Wister: December 1. Elevation normal, water murky. Largemouth bass good on spinnerbaits and crankbaits. Crappie fair on pink/white jigs at 8-10 ft. Catfish fair to good on juglines and trotlines baited with cut bait. Report submitted by Randy Fennell, game warden stationed in LeFlore County.
SOUTHWEST
Ellsworth: December 1. Elevation normal, water muddy. All fishing slow. Report submitted by Mike Carroll, game warden stationed in Comanche County.
Foss: December 2. Elevation 13 ft. below normal with gates closed, water 50s and clear. Striped bass hybrids good on slabs in deep water. Walleye slow to fair on live bait. Catfish fair on liver and shrimp. Crappie fair around the marina. Report submitted by Eric Puyear, B & K Bait House.
