Wesley Snipes appeals 3 tax convictions in US
ATLANTA (AP) — Actor Wesley Snipes is set to ask a federal appeals panel to overturn his three federal tax convictions.
The actor was sentenced last year to three years in prison on three misdemeanor counts of willful failure to file his income tax returns. A judge allowed him to remain free on bail as he appealed the convictions.
