West Corp., an Omaha-based technology and communications company, is looking to hire more than 55 full-time workers for its Oklahoma City office.

The customer care positions are to support a major client expansion and are new to the Oklahoma City location, where jobs previously focused on sales and account management, the company said. Team manager positions also are available.

The company said it will offer competitive hourly wages, convenient work schedules ranging from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday through Friday, and benefits including an employer matched 401(k), medical and dental insurance, paid holidays and tuition reimbursement.

Applicants should have at least six months of customer service experience.

To assist job seekers, resume and interview workshops begin this week and will be held the first Wednesday of each month at 10 a.m. The workshops are free and open to everyone.

In addition, a career fair is planned from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. April 11.

All events will be at West's Oklahoma City office, 1331 W Memorial Road in suite 103.
