What can I eat? Heather Cline , president of the Oklahoma Celiac Support Group and regional director for the parent organization Celiac Sprue Association/U.S.A. Inc. , said she was diagnosed with celiac disease 12 years ago. She went to the library for information, and found very little on the topic, and she didn't have any idea what she could eat.
