About body language
→Sports psychologist and Oklahoma assistant athletic director Nicki Moore:

"Among teammates and coaches, body language quite effectively communicates confidence, support, encouragement, focus and engagement. However, body language is equally effective in communicating doubt, disapproval, disappointment, frustration and apathy.

"Great competitors are like buzzards when it comes to body language; they feed off it and time attacks based upon what they are reading in an opponent’s body language. Similarly, if you watch team-sport leaders, it doesn’t take long for their mood to be felt and matched — both positively and negatively to some degree — by their teammates.”

→OSU forward Marshall Moses:

"It’s definitely something you can learn. People credit me — ‘You play with so much emotion.’ I wasn’t always like this.
