Cleveland Plain Dealer Browns beat writer Mary Kay Cabot: “Blackmon would be a great fit in the Browns' West Coast offense, particularly because of his run-after-catch ability. Folks have questioned his straight-line speed, but he's plenty fast for the West Coast scheme, which features the shorter passing game.”

South Florida Sun-Sentinel Dolphins beat writer Omar Kelly: “He'll be a top 10 pick, but if he's there at No. 8 — and there's a remote possibility — then Miami should pull the trigger.”

Charlotte Observer Panthers beat writer Joseph Person: “Blackmon would be a terrific fit in the Panthers' offense — another big-time weapon for Cam Newton to pair with Pro Bowl receiver Steve Smith. The Panthers run a lot of vertical-stretch passing plays under coordinator Rob Chudzinski, and Blackmon's speed and ability to go get the ball would make him a natural in it.”

Florida Times-Union Jaguars beat writer Tania Ganguli: “A large part of the Jaguars' fan base has been drooling over Blackmon since the fall. He'd be a splashy pick. They would love it.”
