OSU quarterback Brandon Weeden on the reaction to the new uniforms: “Whether people like them or not, it's still different and it's bringing positive feedback and positive stuff to your university. My personal opinion, I love ours. I'd like anything we throw out there.”

Author and marketing expert Seth Godin on why people care so much about college football uniforms: “It's one more example of the dumbing down of our society in that we're giving people fake, trivial stuff to be concerned about, because it's easier to talk about.”

Hank on the future of the uniform craze: “There are going to be certain schools that won't change. It would surprise me if Penn State were to make a modification. But what I think you'll see is brand becomes more important than ever. Every school has their own unique brand attributes. Penn State's brand attributes are very different than Arizona State's brand attributes.”
