Today’s featured event:

See Oklahoma City Repertory Theatre’s production of “Godspell” at 1:30 p.m. today at the Civic Center Music Hall’s Freede Little Theatre, 201 N Walker. Performances continue Friday through Oct. 6.

Based on the Gospel according to St. Matthew and featuring a sparkling score by Stephen Schwartz (composer of “Wicked”), “Godspell” boasts a string of well-loved songs including the international hit “Day By Day.” A hit revival on Broadway last year, this beloved musical brings the parables of Jesus Christ to life.
