When does public service become a career?
Oklahoma political leadership is dominated by conservatives claiming belief in a smaller government and lower taxes. Therein lies a conflict. Subtracting 22 years for childhood and schooling, what percentage of their working lives have they spent getting government wages, benefits, insurance and perks?
