I contacted DirectTv and was told the OU Tennesee Chatanooga game was ONLY available to people in Tenn. and Oklahoma. It is blacked out EVERYWHERE ELSE. They say it is NCAA rules. I had read the game would be retelecast on FSN I can not find it, HELP

I can't believe they won't show this game on cable access or the SSN. Greedy bastards.

Directv will have it. I was told this morning that I have to wait until Saturday to order it (I tried ordering by phone). At $29.95 from Directv, it is a bargain compared with driving from Alabama to Oklahoma.

I am flying to the Wash game. See you all for the TCU game in Norman.

If Suddenlink is offering it, why can't they offer it in all of their markets? It's not fair.

Ordinarily, I wouldn't do this, but since it is the season opener, and I've been jones-ing for football for months now, I broke down and bought it. I just wish they would have a high def broadcast.

The game will be carried by dish network and direct tv. Both are nationwide satellite companies. To get it on cable out of state will probably require paying for an additional sports package.

I'll tell you why Jay, Dallas cable SUCKS! I just recently rented a house in Irving on a temprorary basis, and hooked up Time-Warner Cable. What a massive disappointment. Only 17 HD channles on their Top HD Tier. Not to mention that the signal quality and reception are pathetic. I receive 47 HD channels at my house in Edmond on Cox Communications. And you are correct, Time-Warner Dallas DOES NOT HAVE THE GAME! UNBELIEVABLE!!!

Anyway, we are driving home for the weekend just to get the game.

If your headed to Dalls to live, get the dish - 'cuz Time-warner Dallas is a sorry a** excuse for a cable operation.

I know the OU vs Tenn-Chatt is on pay-per-view throughout the State of Oklahoma. But for the huge fan base here in Big D, "nothing"... After checking the list on soonersports.com I see they have it in Houston, Austin and Waco. I don't understand this at all, can someone explain??? ...I'll be listening to the local AM broadcast. GO SOONERS!!!!
