CHICAGO (AP) — The Chicago White Sox have outrighted infielder Mike McDade and outfielder Blake Tekotte to Triple-A Charlotte.

Tekotte hit .226 with one home run and two RBIs in 20 games over three stints with the White Sox last season. He also batted .236 in 76 games with Charlotte.

McDade split last season between Cleveland's Triple-A affiliate Columbus and Charlotte, hitting a combined .250 with 10 home runs and 53 RBIs over 115 games. He was claimed by Chicago off waivers on May 7.

The moves announced Friday put the White Sox's 40-man roster at 37.
