BROOMFIELD, Colo. (AP) — WhiteWave Foods is recalling some of its soymilk because it may contain almond milk.

People with an allergy to almonds could suffer a life-threatening reaction if they consume the product.

The company said Monday that no injuries have been reported.

Fewer than 21,402 half-gallon units were shipped to retailers and wholesalers in Alabama, Arizona, Colorado, Louisiana, Minnesota, Mississippi, Missouri, Nebraska, Nevada, New Mexico, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Texas, Utah, Washington, Wisconsin and Wyoming.

Consumers may return the recalled product for a refund or exchange or contact the company at 1-866-663-4349.
