Who designed the brain?

In response to David Grow (Your Views, April 6): I don't know whether the earth/universe is 6,000 years old or 26 billion years old. I wasn't there when the universe began. Neither was Grow or anyone presently on the earth. I do know that one of the most complicated pieces of equipment ever flown (the space shuttle) was designed by men. Evolutionists say that the most complicated of all organs — the brain — contains 86 billion neurons and had no one to design it; essentially, it happened by chance. Does this make sense?
